TCR Leadership
Founders
Sally and Daniel bring decades of combined experience across real estate, mortgage lending, banking, and community development.
Sally began her real estate career more than 10 years ago as a real estate assistant. She attended UTD and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Phsycology. After college she transitioned into mortgage processing and commercial property management. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2019, earned her broker license in 2024, and obtained her mortgage broker license in 2026.
Daniel began his career in real estate more than 21 years ago selling new homes. His experience spans both the nonprofit and private sectors, with roles in mortgage lending, community banking, and residential real estate.
In 2024, Sally and Daniel founded Texas Community Realty with a vision to create a real estate brokerage where relationships come first and community comes always.
Inagural Partners
Our inaugural partners joined Texas Community Realty shortly after the brokerage opened in 2024, bringing valuable experience, leadership, and a shared commitment to serving clients and the community.
Edgar Zaragoza joined TCR with years of real estate experience as well as extensive knowledge as a successful small business owner. In addition to his work in real estate, Edgar is the owner of JAZD Foundation Repair. His experience in both real estate and business operations provides an important perspective to the brokerage, where he oversees TCR’s compliance efforts and helps support the company’s continued growth.
Valentina and Ramiro Vazquez, known as The Vazquez Team, are top-producing, award-winning real estate professionals who have helped hundreds of clients achieve their real estate goals. Their proven track record, client-first approach, and extensive industry experience have made them an important part of the TCR leadership team.
Together, Edgar, Valentina, and Ramiro have played an important role in helping shape Texas Community Realty from its early days, contributing their experience and leadership to a brokerage built around relationships, service, and community.
Partners
Maria Susana Vidal and Raul Vidal lead the Vidal Realty Group, a top-producing real estate team known for consistently strong results. Beyond their success in sales, they are the owners of Golden Box Ventures, a new home construction company, giving them deep, hands-on expertise in home building and real estate consulting. Their dual perspective as both agents and builders brings a rare combination of market insight and construction knowledge to every client they serve.
Gloria Varela contributes years of real estate experience alongside her work as a small business owner. As the owner of Legacy Insulation Services, she understands firsthand the discipline, drive, and problem-solving that building and running a business requires—qualities that inform her approach to real estate.
Together, these senior partners have reshaped the trajectory of Texas Community Realty. Their extensive knowledge of what it takes to be top producers, combined with their entrepreneurial mindset and shared values, has fueled the firm’s expansion and positioned it for continued success. Their innovative, driven approach continues to set a new standard for growth at Texas Community Realty.
